I've never seen a more beautifully filmed picture.<br /><br />Hard to know where to begin and leave off when describing what a wonderful film this is. Maybe my favorite scene is when Michael gives the "Then I'll kill them both" speech. When he starts, you see Tom Hagen and various room elements behind and around him. The camera moves in so slowly it's hard to tell when it starts unless you're looking for it, but by the time he ends with, "Then I'll kill them both," there is no one in the frame but him; everyone, and almost everything, has been squeezed out.
